Our Range
Looking for a specific variety or a larger quantity?
Feel free to ask before your visit if you are looking for a specific cheese or a larger quantity. We will clarify where the variety you want is available and whether shipping is possible for larger quantities.
Good to know
For longer journeys, plan to bring a cool bag with ice packs. A parked car is not a suitable place to store cheese. Even vacuum-packed cheese still needs to be kept cool.
Keep cut cheese in the fridge and protect it from drying out with suitable packaging. Cheese paper works well for many hard and semi-hard cheeses. If you are unsure about a variety, ask us about the right storage when you buy.
That depends on the variety, the packaging and the storage. A fixed shelf life for the whole range can therefore not be given. Note the best-before date and, for cheese sold unpackaged, ask about the recommendations for your piece.
Depending on the variety, our mountain cheeses mature between six and 24 months.
The short descriptions do not replace information on ingredients or allergens. Note the labelling of each cheese and ask before buying if anything is unclear.
